2. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. The listed prices apply only to orders delivered within Denmark, excluding Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Danish islands without a fixed bridge connection.
Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and disclaim liability for typographical errors, inventory errors, and pricing errors.
3. Ordering
When you place an order through our webshop, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail.
The order confirmation serves as confirmation that we have received your order. However, a binding agreement is only concluded once we have accepted your order and dispatched the goods.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors, items being out of stock, or obvious pricing errors.
4. Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit cards (e.g. Visa and Mastercard), Klarna, and MobilePay.
The payment amount is reserved when the order is placed and will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
In the event of non-payment or declined transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
TakeAim ApS retains ownership of the goods sold until the full purchase price, including any applicable interest and/or fees, has been paid, regardless of whether delivery has taken place.
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined.
Payment Reservation
When paying by debit or credit card, the purchase amount is reserved. The amount remains reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order, or until the reservation is released in accordance with your agreement with the card issuer.
Once your order has been dispatched, the amount will be charged to your account. The reservation period depends on the product or service.
Debit Card Authorization
When paying with a debit card, you may see that the purchase amount has been reserved on your account and that your available balance has been reduced accordingly.
If you or the webshop subsequently cancel the order, the webshop will not be able to charge the reserved amount. However, the reservation may remain on your account for a period of time. Please note that only your bank or card issuer can release the reservation
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped using our selected carriers, GLS and DAO. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
The estimated delivery time is typically 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.
If an item is backordered or delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you as the consumer upon delivery.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be delivered in separate shipments.
International Customers
We currently offer automatic shipping only to Norway, Sweden, and Germany.
Customers from other countries, as well as Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Danish islands without a fixed bridge connection, are welcome to shop with us. We will do our best to find a suitable shipping solution.

6. Right of Withdrawal
At TakeAim ApS, we offer our private customers a 100-day return policy, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 100-day period begins on the day your order is delivered.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by e-mail at kontakt@huntersmarket.dk no later than 100 days after delivery and include your order number. Your message must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If the item has diminished in value because it has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only be entitled to a partial refund. The amount refunded depends on the item's market value, and in some cases, you may only be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item's value.
TakeAim ApS reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item.

If you use our return portal, DKK 45 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

7. Returns
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You are also liable for any damage that occurs during transport.
8. Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount corresponding to the loss in value for which you are responsible. We will also deduct DKK 45 if you use our return portal.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (excluding any additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized items.
The extended return policy also does not apply to business customers.
10. Warranty Claims
As a consumer, you are entitled to a 24-month right to make a warranty claim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
Any warranty claim must be made within a reasonable time (no later than two months) after you discover the defect and must be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@huntersmarket.dk.
If you use our return portal (https://return.shipmondo.com/huntersmarket-retur), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if it is determined that the defect is not covered by your statutory warranty rights (for example, due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear), we reserve the right to require you to pay the shipping costs in both directions.
Your statutory warranty rights do not cover defects resulting from incorrect or abnormal use of the product.

11. Liability
TakeAim ApS shall not be liable for any indirect losses, including operating losses, loss of profit, or any consequential damages.
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure, including strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Privacy Policy
When you shop with us, we require the following information:

- E-mail address
We collect and process only the personal data necessary to deliver your order.
We value your feedback—both positive and negative. Therefore, we share your personal data (name, e-mail address, and order number) with our data processors, who, on our behalf, send you an e-mail inviting you to review your shopping experience on Trustpilot.dk.
Your personal data is registered with TakeAim ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
TakeAim ApS is the data controller.
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you.
If you believe that the information we hold is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In certain cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it, for example if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

We use website analytics on www.huntersmarket.dk. This means that a statistics system collects information that provides us with insights into, among other things, the number of visitors to our website, where they come from, and where they leave the site.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts, with the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) having jurisdiction
