Right of Withdrawal

Aim ApS, we offer our private customers a 100-day return policy, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 100-day period begins on the day your order is delivered.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at kontakt@huntersmarket.dk no later than 100 days after delivery and include your order number. Your email must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the item has diminished in value because it has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may only be entitled to a partial refund. The amount refunded depends on the item's market value, and in some cases you may only be refunded the shipping costs.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item's value.

TakeAim ApS reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned item.

If you use the return portal, we will deduct DKK 45 in return shipping costs from your refund.

Returns

If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You are also liable for any damage that occurs during transport.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has decreased in value, we will deduct the amount corresponding to the loss in value for which you are responsible. We will also deduct DKK 45 if you use our return portal.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized items.

The extended return policy also does not apply to business customers.

Warranty Claims

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty period in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This means that, depending on the specific circumstances, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.

Any warranty claim must be made within a reasonable time (no later than two months) after you discover the defect and must be submitted by email to kontakt@huntersmarket.dk.

If you use our return portal (https://return.shipmondo.com/huntersmarket-retur), we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if it is determined that the defect is not covered by the warranty (for example, due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear), we reserve the right to require you to pay the shipping costs in both directions.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from incorrect or abnormal use of the product.
