2. Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. The stated prices apply only to orders for delivery in Denmark, not including Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and non-bridge-connected islands.

Any delivery costs will be clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice and to make reservations for printing errors, stock errors, and pricing errors.

3. Ordering

When you place an order on the webshop, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail.

The order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order, but a binding agreement is only entered into when we have accepted the order and shipped the item.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to technical errors, out-of-stock items, or obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment

We accept payment by payment cards (e.g., Visa and Mastercard), Mobilepay, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

The amount is reserved upon ordering and is only debited when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

In case of non-payment or rejected transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

TakeAim ApS retains ownership of the sold goods, regardless of whether delivery has taken place, until the full purchase price and any interest and/or fees have been paid.

Discounts in all forms cannot be combined.

Reservation of Amount

When using a payment card, both debit and credit, the amount for the transaction is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order, or if the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

Once the order has been dispatched, the money is debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

Authorization on Debit Cards

With debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and that your available balance will appear as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will remain valid for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made by our chosen carriers; GLS and DAO. Freight is calculated based on weight and package dimensions.

The expected delivery time is typically 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated for the individual item.

If an item is back-ordered or delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.

The risk of the item passes to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.

If your order contains multiple items, delivery may occur in several partial deliveries.

It is not possible to order items for delivery abroad, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Customers on non-bridge-connected islands are asked to contact us at kontakt@huntersmarket.dk for more information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

At TakeAim ApS, we offer our private customers a 100-day full right of return, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

The 100-day period runs from the day your order is delivered.

You are responsible for the return costs.

Notification of withdrawal must be sent to us by email kontakt@huntersmarket.dk no later than 100 days after delivery, simultaneously stating the order number. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the item has lost value, and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get a partial refund of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item's value.

It is up to TakeAim ApS to assess the condition of the item.

7. Returns

If you regret your purchase, you must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You are liable if damage occurs during transport.

8. Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery), no later than 14 days from the day we received your message that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

We may withhold the payment until we have received the item.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or given a distinct personal touch.

10. Right to Complain

You have a 24-month right to complain according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This means that you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time (maximum 2 months) after you have discovered the defect and must be notified to kontakt@huntersmarket.dk. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right to complain lapses in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

11. Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including operating loss, lost profit, or other consequential damages.

We reserve the right to force majeure, including strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control.

12. Complaint Access

If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you can contact us via email at kontakt@huntersmarket.dk.

13. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.

Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts with the City Court of Copenhagen as the venue.
